At Central Arkansas Development Council (CADC), we're exploring the idea of launching Community Conversations, a monthly virtual discussion series where community members can connect with us, share concerns, discuss local challenges, and help identify opportunities to strengthen services and resources throughout our communities.
These conversations could cover topics such as:
• Utility Assistance & Household Expenses
• Employment & Workforce Needs
• Transportation Challenges
• Housing Concerns
• Family & Community Resources
• Financial Literacy
• Food Access
• And other topics that matter to you

Community Conversations would be designed to give community members a voice in identifying needs, sharing ideas, and helping us better understand the challenges facing individuals and families throughout our service area. The information shared would help us strengthen existing programs, identify emerging concerns, and guide future services and initiatives.
As a new idea, we're looking for your feedback to determine whether there is community interest and how we can make these discussions meaningful, useful, and accessible.
