‼️ FREE MICROCHIPPING AT WOOFSTOCK! ‼️

The Humane Society of Saline County will be offering FREE microchipping for pets at Woofstock! Here’s what you need to know:

💉 Pets must be current on their rabies vaccination. Bring proof of vaccination with you.
📝 You’ll complete a short form with yours and your pet’s information.
🐶 The Humane Society will register the microchip for you! You can expect to receive confirmation from the microchip company by email in about a week.

A registered microchip can help get your pet safely back home if they’re ever lost. ❤️

📍 Join us for Woofstock or simply drive thru to the Mills Park pavillion between 11 am - 2 pm on Saturday to take advantage of this opportunity! (Use the park entrance closest to the pool.)

🐾 A few important reminders before Woofstock Saline! 🐾

We can’t wait to welcome you and your pups this Saturday Before heading to Mills Park, please take note of these expectations to help keep everyone safe:

🐕 Dogs must be on a non-retractable leash, 6 feet or shorter.
💉 Dogs must be vaccinated.
🐩 Please keep your pup under your supervision and control throughout the event.

And remember—you know your dog best! Please consider whether a busy event with other dogs, people, children, noise and activity is the right environment for your pup.

What happens when a community comes together to invest in its young people? 💙

On Friday, Leadership Saline County’s Class XX had the privilege of presenting a $6,000 grant to the Bryant Youth Association (BYA).

This spring, Class XX worked hard to raise funds that support Leadership Saline County scholarships, community-building programming, and a local nonprofit chosen by the class. This year, they selected BYA—an organization committed to ensuring every child has a mentor and champion in their life.

From after-school and summer programs to mentoring, free meals, leadership development, and opportunities that encourage academic success and healthy lifestyles, BYA is making a lasting difference for children and families across our community.

Congratulations to Class XX on your leadership and community impact, and thank you to everyone who attended, sponsored, share and much more. Your support made this grant possible.
