Troop 484 This will be accomplished through meetings, outings, and camping.

The mission of the Boy Scouts of America (BSA) is to prepare young people to make ethical and moral choices over their lifetimes by instilling in them the values of the Scout Oath and Law.

For only a $70 donation, one of our Scouts will place a United States Flag in your yard at sunrise and remove it at sunset, for seven Holiday's this year. This past weekend, Troop 4484's Campsgiving campout provided the perfect opportunity for retiring some American Flags. The troop's members demonstrated ingenuity in finding ways to handle the large flags without allowing them to touch the ground. cfsb bank flag

The money raised from BBQ on the River stays directly with our Troop. It helps fund so many activities for our boys. This also keeps our program from being cost prohibited to families. Some examples are summer camp, NYLT(National Youth Leadership Training), camping activities, kayaking, First Aid, merit badge universities, and life skills. Recently the Troop took a trip to Chatanooga for a little fun!

BBQ on the River is over! We came in 3rd place for desserts!! We are hot, dirty, tired and PROUD. These boys worked long and hard. Their families worked long and hard. We made over 120 cobblers and served a lot of people. We heard everyone was talking about us!
