We exist to bridge the gap between education and employment for Southwest Michigan youth grades 9-12. Mission:
To provide students an environment for new beginnings and positive educational experiences focused on career exploration and preparation. Vision:
All students have a clear path for job readiness and life stability. What We Do:
Our team is focused on helping our students reach academic goa
ls, remove barriers to success, and obtain employment upon graduation. Located inside of the Michigan Works! Berrien, Cass, Van Buren facility in Benton Harbor, the Bridge Academy of Southwest Michigan brings a variety of additional resources and support to our students. It’s part of what makes our public school academy unique. Bridge Academy can be many things to many students without sacrificing quality in the fulfillment of the Michigan Merit Curriculum (“MMC”) and post-secondary options. Our Approach:
The Academy welcomes every student into a place where meaningful learning begins with understanding the student as a “whole.” We are focused on meeting each individual where they are. We remove barriers to success and help our students become the best version of themselves through education and employment. You can count on our team to provide an organized, efficient and safe educational option for high school completion and career exploration.
