We’re so proud of the leadership Stephanie brings to our club! Congratulations Stephanie!

A lot can change in 25 years. But the things that matter most have stayed the same.

From three centers to 12, Stephanie Perdue has had a front-row seat to much of CCR’s 25-year journey. Through decades of growth and change, she says one thing has remained constant: a commitment to doing what’s right for residents, families, and staff.

As we celebrate this milestone, Stephanie reflects on what has shaped CCR, what has stayed true, and what she hopes we’ll carry forward.
