Heartland Girls' Ranch Healing youth and building lives through success. HGR has capacity of 24 beds in our main facility and 10 beds in our Hearts For Freedom Program.

Our Mission Statement: “Healing Youth, Building Lives through Success” signifies our commitment to providing a safe place for girls to experience success. Since 1992, HGR has served 521 girls providing a variety of programs and services based on best practices. Goals

•Provide safe housing for up to 24 girls and 10 beds in our Hearts For Freedom Program

•Provide trauma-informed, culturally spe

cific holistic programming based on best practices in working with at-risk and trafficked youth
• Design innovative strategies in working with program participants using equine programming as an integral part of the core programming

•Provide education services and job skills designed specifically for all HGR girls

•Provide specialized staff training, victim identification and dedicated programs and services to
serve sexually exploited youth

•Be a regional and statewide resource for trainings on identifying and working with at-risk and trafficked girls
