The Swift County Historical Society was founded in November, 1927. Its mission is to discover and collect any materials which may help to establish or illustrate the history of Swift County, preserve the materials, and to disseminate the information gathered from these materials to the general public through museum exhibi

ts & archives, programs, tours, publications, and historical markers. Closed Saturdays, Sundays, Mondays, and holidays. There is no admission fee to tour the museum – donations are encouraged. The Swift County Historical Society is a non-profit organization which relies on funding from membership fees and donations. Yearly Membership Fees: Individual - $15 / Family - $20 / Individual or Family Enhanced - $50 / Individual or Family Prestige - $75 / Individual or Family Ultimate - $100

Business Membership Fees: Regular - $40 / Bronze - $75 / Silver - $100 / Platinum $250
