The Hiland Hall School The Hiland Hall School is a small independent progressive school founded in 1991 and is located in Bennington, Vermont. We welcome you.

The Hiland Hall School is a school with deep roots in progressive education and a commitment to meaningful learning in an atmosphere of trust and respect. Our teaching methods are founded upon practice developed by other progressive institutions such as the Prospect School and Bank Street School.
