Last night marked the season finale of our Hemmings Cruise-Ins & Thursday Night Live Music Series!
What a season it has been. Across five events with Hemmings Motor News, we welcomed thousands of people to Downtown Bennington. The finale alone brought out around 200 classic and collectible cars, along with an incredible performance by The Olson Brothers Band that had the crowd rocking.
As a Downtown organization, we love seeing our streets filled with car enthusiasts, music lovers, families, visitors and community members coming together to support local. Each event brings at least 1,000 people into Downtown Bennington, giving people a chance to enjoy our restaurants and bars, discover local shops and experience the welcoming customer service our business community is known for.
We're proud to partner with Hemmings to create a place for car owners to share their passion, and we're equally proud to work with local musicians and give them another opportunity to perform for our community. We're also grateful to our media partners and to Bennington's own Dan the Photo Man for helping us capture and promote these events throughout the season.
A huge thank you to Heritage Family Credit Union for serving as the presenting sponsor for the entire series. Their generosity and continued investment in our community made it possible for us to book five bands and promote the series throughout the season. We truly appreciate their support.
And, of course, thank you to everyone who joined us, whether you came from just down the street or from miles away. Your continued support of Downtown Bennington and our local businesses is what makes events like these possible.
