We are holding the children, families, educators, neighbors, and nonprofit partners affected close in our hearts.

At MountainStar, we believe in the power of community and the importance of showing up for one another, especially during life's most difficult moments. May we continue to lead with compassion, offer comfort where we can, and remind those around us that they are not alone. 💙

It's almost time to trade your broomsticks for paddleboards because the Bend Witches Paddle is BACK! 🌊✨

Join us for an afternoon of Halloween magic, community fun, and a wicked good time on the Deschutes River, all while supporting MountainStar Family Relief Nursery!

🎃 Saturday, October 31
⏰ 3–6 PM | Group paddle send-off at 3 PM
📍 Riverbend Park, Bend

Not paddling? No problem! Grab your favorite witches and come cheer from the riverbank before heading over to the Old Mill District for some trick-or-treating fun!

💜 We'll also be collecting diapers and wipes to help support local children and families served by MountainStar!

So dust off those hats, gather your coven, and get ready to make some Halloween magic!

The witches are dusting off their hats, grabbing their paddles, and getting ready to take over the Deschutes River for one of our FAVORITE days of the year! 🧹

We are still feeling incredibly grateful after an unforgettable Birdies 4 Babies weekend!

Because of the generosity of our incredible sponsors, golfers, auction bidders, donors, volunteers, and community partners, this year’s Birdies 4 Babies raised more than $600,000 for MountainStar! 🎉

This is more than a fundraising number. It means more support for children and families across Central Oregon, more opportunities for children to thrive, and more resources to help prevent child abuse and neglect.

We are especially proud to celebrate this milestone during MountainStar’s 25th Anniversary year. What a beautiful reminder of what can happen when our community comes together for kids.
