Knowing what comes next helps children build confidence, regulate emotions, and navigate the world around them. Whether it's a familiar bedtime routine, a morning hug, or snack time at the same time each day, consistency helps children feel grounded and supported.

At MountainStar, we know that simple, nutritious foods can help create moments of connection while keeping little ones fueled for play and exploration.

🍓 Easy Summer Yogurt Parfaits
Plain or vanilla yogurt – $1.99
Fresh or frozen berries – $2.49
Granola or cereal – $1.99

➡️ Prep & Directions:
Layer yogurt, berries, and granola in a cup or bowl.
Repeat layers as desired.
Serve immediately or chill until ready to enjoy.

This month, we're collecting Summer Essentials to help children and families stay safe, healthy, and comfortable during the warmer months. ☀️

We're looking for donations of:
🧴 Sunscreen
🧢 Hats
💧 Water bottles
👶 Swim diapers
🧻 Wipes

These everyday items may seem small, but they can make a big difference for families navigating financial stress. Together, we can help ensure children have what they need to enjoy a safe and happy summer.

Here’s a simple, affordable dinner idea that’s filling, family-friendly, and easy to make on a budget:

🍝 Budget Dinner Idea: Cheesy Veggie Pasta Skillet
Pasta – $1.25
Jar pasta sauce – $1.99
Frozen mixed vegetables – $1.49
Shredded cheese – $1.99
Optional: garlic bread – $1.99
