Southwest Bend Neighborhood Association Our main purpose is: "to maintain, protect and enhance the livability and sense of community of the (Southwest Bend) Neighborhood".

The Southwest Bend Neighborhood Association was recognized by the City Council on November 21, 2001. Our neighborhood is in the southwest corner of Bend with the Deschutes River to the west, Powers Road on the north, Third Street on the east, and the city limits on the south.

We are happy to report that Southwest Bend is starting up our Green Team for 2024!

Our first pick up is scheduled for this Friday, May 31, 9:00 AM — Joe Barry has graciously agreed to lead the Green Team again this year. He will be at the northwest corner of Brookswood and Lodgepole with trash pick up gear (safety vests, grabbers, and bags — bring your own work gloves if you like to use them).

Please "respond to all” to let Joe know if you plan to join in the fun.

Please “sign up” online each time you volunteer. This serves as a waiver for the Bend Beautification Program. If you forget to sign up, it is easy to do from a smartphone.
