Our friends at Trailkeepers of Oregon are recruiting new board members!

Whether you’re a walker, hiker, climber, mountain biker, wilderness lover, or simply care deeply about protecting access to Oregon’s incredible trails for future generations, we’d love to hear from you. We strongly encourage applicants from diverse backgrounds and lived experiences. No prior board experience is needed, folks from all ages, backgrounds, mobility and activity levels, and geographies across our beautiful state are encouraged to apply.

Join us at Sisters Art Works on Fri, Aug. 7 for the 4th annual Hometown Hang, a FREE evening of live music and philanthropy, produced by SFF Presents and Citizens 4 Community! The event will feature performances by local Americana duo Skybound Blue and acclaimed Portland bluegrass band Never Come Down, along with a chance to connect with local nonprofit organizations (like STA and our partners from Deschutes Trails Coalition!) and learn more about the important work we’re doing in the community.

This free, family-friendly event is open to all ages. Come hungry and enjoy food from Barrio, Sen, and Bonta, along with alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. Gates open at 5 pm, and the show starts at 6 pm. More info at SffPresents.org/Concert
