The Outreach Coordinator is a 4-year grant funded position. The position will be responsible for coordinating project activities, supporting stakeholders, and ensuring the successful implementation of culturally-responsive, gender-affirming educational and healthcare initiatives for 2SLGBTQIA+ youth, their families, educators, and healthcare providers. This position will also play a key role in supporting Gender Hive’s Program Manager in projects that focus on improving academic, mental health, and community outcomes for 2SLGBTQIA+ students in Deschutes, Crook, and Jefferson Counties.
