We're getting ready for the 45th Annual YMCA Turkey Trot, and we want YOU to join the fun!

🍁 Here's how it works:

✅ Register for our Trot Together Challenge and pick up your Trot Together Passport at the Benbrook YMCA front desk! https://ymcafw.org/programs/ #
✅ Complete fun fitness and community challenges, including walking or running with a friend, trying a new YMCA class, bringing a guest to the Y, and completing a practice 5K!
✅ Collect a stamp on your Passport for every challenge you complete!
✅ Register for and complete the YMCA Turkey Trot on Thanksgiving Day!

🎁 DOUBLE THE SHIRTS, DOUBLE THE FUN!

Complete EVERY challenge on your Passport, including the Thanksgiving Turkey Trot, and you'll be eligible for an exclusive YMCA challenge shirt in addition to your official Turkey Trot race shirt! Challenge shirts will be distributed in December.

UPDATE: THE POOL IS NOW OPEN- The repair ended up being minor and we are back up and running. Thank you for your patience.

🚨 POOL CLOSURE UPDATE 🚨

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience, but the Benbrook Community Center YMCA indoor pool is temporarily closed due to unforeseen maintenance issues.

We understand how important the pool is to so many of our members and their daily routines, and we are truly sorry for this unexpected disruption.

Our team is working diligently to get a repair technician on-site to assess the issue and determine the next steps. We will share updates as soon as we have more information.

💙 In the meantime, we encourage our members to take advantage of the indoor pools at our other YMCA locations:

Grab your team gear and get ready to kick off a new season of Group Exercise! 🎉

On Saturday, October 10, we’re turning the Benbrook Y into a fitness tailgate for our October Group Ex Launch Party! We’ll be debuting brand-new Les Mills and Zumba tracks with fresh music, new workouts, and plenty of game-day energy.

🏋️ BODYPUMP | 9:30–10:30 AM

🚴 OVERTIME! Our RPM Launch hits the field Monday, October 12 from 8:15–9:00 AM.

📣 Wear your favorite team gear and join the tailgate! Cowboys, Sooners, Aggies, Horned Frogs, or whoever you cheer for. All teams are welcome!

Never tried Group Exercise? This is your invitation! Bring a friend, try something new, meet our instructors, and experience the energy and community that make working out at the Y different.
