I decided to post this today because we all are experiencing some sort of grief. Eventhough the holidays bring out different happy emotions, to some, grief is one that during this time peaks through & really can settle deeply in us. My hope to you is that you embrace it and let it soak in. Once you've done that for yourself, allow yourself to share it with those you are closest to or someone you trust that will help you get through it. Please allow yourself to find joy in the smallest things, smile but better yet laugh your ❤ out. Truly indulge in these moments.

You're here. Feel you breathing. Don't just exist but LIVE. Lastly, bee🐝 so grateful in all you can do & all the good you have.

Praying for many, many, many blessings.
