Since summer is coming right around the corner here in Texas, kids will have plenty of time on their hands to learn how to garden. One of the most fun ways to learn the gardening process is to create a pizza garden!

Creating an Italian masterpiece is as simple as running out to the yard to pick fresh toppings for your pizza from a productive, pie-shaped bed.

Winter break is almost here, which means that us kids will need to find a way to stay active while not in school. I highly recommend reviewing this list of tips to stay healthy over the long break. For high school 4-H'ers interested in combatting hunger in their communities, 3 Hunger Summits in San Antonio, Houston, and Dallas are taking place soon!
