Bay Area Country Dance Society's American Dance & Music Week The Bay Area Country Dance Society's AmWeek (American Dance & Music Week) is held in July each year in the coastal redwoods near Santa Cruz.

S American Dance & Music Week Camp is an annual tradition in the glorious coastal redwoods near San Francisco. Register now for July 1-6, 2018. Program staff includes:
The Syncopaths~ Amazing music with Ryan McKasson (fiddle), Ashley Broder (mandolin), Christa Burch (bodhran, vocals), Jeff Spero (keyboard)

Uncle Farmer~ Hot & in-demand duo with Ben Schreiber (fiddle), Michael Sokolovsky (guitar, foot percussion)
The Whoots~ Incredible variety and performance with Shira Kamman (fiddle, harp), Jim Oakden (everything else)

Gaye Fifer~ Fabulous caller from PA, known for her flowing dances, waltz workshops and precise calling. Sarah VanNorstrand~Great caller from NY, loved for her clear, calm voice & walk throughs, and varied collection of dances. Jean Gorrindo ~ Favorite caller from San Luis Obispo, and also a spectacular pilates stretch teacher. Kelsey Hartman~ Bay Area favorite caller known for her vivacious, entertaining calling. Emil & Rachel Olguin~ From So Cal, Emil knows more tunes and styles and can accompany anyone. Rachel will help you make the crafts that you’ve been dreaming about.

AmWeek26 is a residential camp that will again be at the Ben Lomond Quaker Center in the redwoods north of Santa Cruz.

We have an incredible staff --

Registration (through the website) is open.
We apologize for the delayed opening of registration beyond 01Oct25, but PayPal changed some settings that took a few days to straighten out.
