ANONYMOUS POST:

On Monday night a little after 11 pm my 17 year old niece was chased by two men that jumped out of the bushes on her while she was walking home from work by Dave’s pizza. She had to run to a neighbors house & rang the door bell until they opened the door. & the man went out & yelled at them to leave her alone & chased them off..
Im posting to warn the public & to thank the neighbors that opened their door for her ❤️
The cops have been called & we were told that they’d be dealt with accordingly. So I’m guessing that there hasn’t been any arrests.

Our main MMIW218 page will continue to share missing persons cases, events, and advocacy updates — that will never change.

But with recent events directly targeting our group member and our movement, we’ve launched:

1️⃣ A NEW public page – Dedicated to raising awareness about threats, harassment, and safety concerns impacting our community. This allows us to speak openly while keeping our original page focused on its core purpose.

2️⃣ A private group – For Bemidji-area members to share situations, safety concerns, and suspicious activity confidentially. Membership is limited, and you’ll need to answer the group questions to be approved.
