Through Evergreen's Housing Program, youth experiencing homelessness receive more than just a place to stay, they gain individualized support, life skills, educational and employment guidance, community connections, and a pathway toward independence.

Evergreen's Transitional Living Program provides both onsite and offsite housing options for youth experiencing homelessness, ensuring each young person can have access to safe, stable housing that meets their unique needs. Alongside housing, youth receive individualized support, life skills development, and guidance that foster independence, confidence, and long-term stability.

Supported by our dedicated housing team and program managers, youth receive consistent encouragement, advocacy, and personalized planning as they work toward their goals and build a foundation for lasting success.

A Story of Shelter, Safety, & Hope
For many youth, Evergreen’s Emergency Shelter is the first place in a long time where they can finally exhale, a place with warm meals, caring adults, stability, and support during some of the hardest moments of their lives.
Our shelter provides youth ages 9–17 with a safe and structured environment where they can rest, reconnect, attend school, access support services, and begin rebuilding a sense of security and belonging.
The following story reflects the resilience of the youth we serve and the life-changing impact that safety, compassion, and support can have during times of crisis.

Evergreen's Emergency Shelter provides immediate care and temporary housing for youth ages 9–17 experiencing crisis, homelessness, family conflict, or unsafe living situations.
Available 24 hours a day, the shelter ensures youth have access to the essentials they need, including nutritious meals, clean clothing, hygiene products, medication support, transportation to school, and a consistent daily routine in a welcoming environment.
Through individualized care, advocacy, family engagement, and connections to community resources, Evergreen helps youth and families navigate challenges, strengthen resilience, and take meaningful steps toward healing and stability. By meeting immediate needs while fostering connection, belonging, and growth, we help provide dignity and hope for the future.
