We are excited to welcome our VISTA Fellow, Kayla Will, to the team!

She graduated from Luther College in Decorah, Iowa, and is originally from Wisconsin.

Kayla has joined us through the Civic Bridgers Fellowship program, which allows emerging professionals to serve for a year at a nonprofit or public agency.

ā€œHi, Iā€™m Kayla Will. Iā€™m an AmeriCorps member in the VISTA program serving with Lead for Inclusion.

My role focuses on building community partnerships and strengthening the systems that connect people to opportunities that support long-term economic stability.

Iā€™m passionate about this because everyone deserves to feel like they belong and have the opportunity to make a difference in their community.ā€ - Kayla Will

We also got the chance to attend the Civic Bridges capstone event with the team to celebrate Kayla and her cohort. Congratulations to the graduates of 2026.
