Making this puzzle was a blast and got us even more prepared for PUZZLE PALOOZA!!

Today, we celebrate Indigenous Peoples’ Day, and honor the Indigenous communities whose leadership and wisdom continue to shape our region.

Native youth leadership has been part of the foundation of Lead for Inclusion from the very beginning. Shout out to Marla Messarina and Myron Swimmer, who co-presented at our first conference and helped host our very first event!

We are also grateful to have had youth leaders from the Red Lake Nation, Leech Lake Band of Ojibwe, and White Earth Nation represent on our Youth Leadership Board, helping to shape our work, share their perspectives, and bring their ideas to life.

Communities are stronger when young people have a real voice in shaping them, and today, we're especially grateful for the Native youth leaders who continue to teach us, challenge us, and lead us.
