The staff at each Village are just the best! They bring their skills and talents from all over the world to the program to share with lucky villagers every summer. From teaching the target language in new and creative ways to dressing up in some pretty epic costumes for incredible simulations, our staff always give 110% to bring the program to life! If you were on staff, what were some of your favorite memories as a counselor? If you were a villager, what impact did the staff have on you?

There are fewer than 3 days remaining in our fundraising effort, and we need to keep up the momentum if we are going to hit our goal! Mori no Ike is more than just a place for kids to learn about Japanese language and culture—it's truly a home away from home. Whether bonding over traditional (and tasty) meals, participating in immersive simulations or sharing stories around the campfire, every moment at Mori no Ike is filled with warmth and connection, a place where villagers truly belong and are a part of the community. 森の池 feels like home.

We need your help to ensure that Mori no Ike remains that home away from home for future Villagers. We are about halfway to our goal of raising $2,000 but have less than 4 days to go before the deadline!
