On Labor Day, we would like to give a hearty shoutout to our amazing staff who are not only working today, but every other holiday. Staying open 365 days a year is a tough grind, and it's only possible because of the individuals that show up at dawn to open the doors. Thank you Nameless crew. We are so grateful you chose to join us on this journey. It is not an easy job and we appreciate you.

Does anyone have spare size 2 winter boots for a boy? Local school district won’t let kids come to school without winter boots, and the kid that needs them had to miss school today.

Hello!
We have some new requests on the Solidarity Spreadsheet this week so please take a minute and see if you can contribute!

Cheryl is looking for some help getting her vehicle running so that she can get back to work. I think that most of us know how difficult life can be without a vehicle around here, especially in the winter. Her request is currently 12.5% funded, so pitch in if you can.

River City Journey Outreach is also seeking volunteers to pick up food donations from Mount Zion church in Nymore every Monday and Tuesday at 5pm and deliver them to the Wolfe Center around 8pm. Additionally, River City Journey Outreach has offered to provide volunteers with the supplies to make sandwiches and drop them off at the Wolfe on Fridays and Saturdays.

If you can help out, check out the spreadsheet in the group description or on the website, get in touch, and make sure to mark off the task when its completed. As always thank you for your time and effort in helping out your community!

Exciting news! Over the past few days we've had our first requests added to the spreadsheet. Take a look and see if you can help out. If you've made a request for funds, please remember to write down anything that you've received in box J- this helps us track the status of your request. The spreadsheet will automatically calculate the amount you've received and display it as a percentage of what you asked for in box K. If you've met your goal, please write "yes" in the completion box.
