DECA has a fantastic weekend at the IL DECA Career Development Conference!! They competed alongside 1,600 other members. Almost every student competing received competency in their events!
Senior Addyson Forman placed in the top 10 in Professional Selling and Food Marketing Series. She qualified for the international competition in Atlanta, Georgia for the Food Marketing Series as well. This is the first time in a decade that a BHS student has qualified to compete at the international level!!

Our members had a busy week last week!
On Monday, our president signed to play soccer at Wisconsin Lutheran College. Congrats Addy!
On Tuesday, members participated in NHS's Haunted Hallways.
On Wednesday, our exec team passed out candy at the Belvidere Chamber of Commerce's trick or treat event!
