Communities Altering The Strays - CATS We are a volunteer, non-profit corporation that promotes the spaying and neutering of family pets, and feral or stray cats.

We loan out nice, quiet safe traps that are not harmful to the cats, and are easy to operate. As an all volunteer, nonprofit group, we promote spay and neutering of feral and stray cats, and provide instruction, education, and equipment to those who want to humanely reduce the population of cats that frequent their yards, neighborhoods, and work places. We do not take in cats, but we do post adoptable cats on our web site. Our posts allow the independent rescuer to feature their rescued cats who are searching for homes. We have adoption applications and adoption agreements for independent rescuers which allows them to gather information on potential adopters and to do background checks so they are assured their cats are adopted into good homes.
