Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) are the heart of our work—dedicated individuals who empower people with disabilities to live life to its fullest, whether they're achieving personal milestones or navigating life’s challenges. These professionals show up every day as advocates, clinicians, career coaches, educators, allies, and friends, offering unwavering support through every high and low.

We celebrate DSP Appreciation Week to bring attention to the vital and, often, unsung contributions of Direct Support Professionals in Prince George’s County.

Our 10th Annual Pathways to Employment Awards event, honoring Prince George’s individuals with disabilities and those who support them, was a huge success!

We’re so grateful to all who attended and helped to make it possible. Your support helps dreams come true and fosters inclusive communities. A special thanks goes out to Prince George’s County Councilmember Wala Blegay, Maryland Department of Disabilities Deputy Secretary Anne Blackfield, and Ms. Burton from the office of County Executive Angela Alsobrooks.
