As a member of the MSI Class of 2023, Michael shares that the most significant lesson he gained from the Institute was understanding just how adaptive and transformative media sales can be across the industry. That insight continues to shape his professional outlook and the opportunities he pursues.

Meet NaKaela Feagin-Hooks, proud member of the MSI Class of 2016 and a standout professional in digital media! 📊📺

NaKaela currently serves as Manager of Digital Campaigns at Atlanta News First: WANF. Her journey in the industry began at , an affiliate, where she first sharpened her skills and passion for media. From there, her career progressed to and eventually to SiriusXM/Pandora, reflecting her drive, talent, and commitment to excellence. 🚀

MSI played a key role in supporting her growth—helping her build the foundation, network, and confidence to thrive across major media organizations.
