Need a little help with groceries? The Heart N Hand Community Market is here for you.

Any family that could use assistance with food is welcome to make an appointment. No one should have to struggle to put food on the table.

Fridays: 9 AM–12 PM
Saturdays 9/12 & 9/26: 9 AM–11 AM

Hy-Vee’s 99¢ Sale is happening Friday through Sunday, August 28–30!

While you’re shopping, consider grabbing a few extra 99¢ items to donate to the Heart N Hand Community Market. Pasta, canned goods, baking mixes, condiments, seasonings, and other shelf-stable foods can make a big difference for the neighbors we serve.

$5 = 5 items
$10 = 10 items
$20 = 20 items

A few extra items in your cart can help us keep our shelves stocked and continue serving local families with dignity and care.

Donations can be dropped off at Heart N Hand Ministries, 200 B Street, Belton, MO. or left in the Heart N Hand donation barrel by the door at Hy-Vee.

Do you have extra plastic grocery bags at home? We'd love to put them to good use!

Heart N Hand Ministries is currently in need of clean, gently used plastic shopping bags to help our neighbors as they shop during Community Market. Donations can be dropped off at 200 B Street, Belton, MO during our regular office hours.

Your small donation makes a big difference by helping families take home the food they need while allowing us to stretch our resources even further. Thank you for supporting your neighbors and helping us serve our community with dignity and care.

A huge thank you to the Texas Roadhouse Serve Team for volunteering with us yesterday at the Heart N Hand Community Market! We appreciate all of your help cleaning around the Market and jumping in to sort through our Amazon donations.

Your hard work helped us get organized and ready to better serve our neighbors. We’re so grateful for community partners like Texas Roadhouse who are willing to roll up their sleeves and serve alongside us!

A huge thank you to the men of Real Life Church for spending their Saturday serving at Heart N Hand! We’re so grateful they shared their time, talents, and gifts in the trades to help make some much-needed improvements to our Community Market area.

🎒✨ BACK TO SCHOOL BASH 2026 — WHAT A DAY! ✨🎒

What an incredible day of community, connection, and giving back! 💛💜

We are so grateful to have been able to provide school supplies, resources, and support to more than 400 children and their families as they prepare for another school year. 📚✏️🎒

This event would not have been possible without the amazing volunteers, community partners, donors, organizations, and everyone who showed up to help make a difference. Our community showed up BIG, and we are incredibly thankful! 🫶

To every family who joined us — we hope you left feeling a little more prepared, supported, and encouraged for the year ahead. ❤️
