Belton Historical Society The Belton Historical Society Museum is located in the Old City Hall building at 512 Main Street, Belton, MO. These meetings are OPEN TO THE PUBLIC.

The museum is open
Tuesdays and Thursdays from 1-4pm
Saturday from 10am-1pm
Open March through December

General membership meetings are held the 4th Sunday of January, April, July & October.

The museum is going to be open from 10 am to 5 pm, Saturday, May 30th for Carrie Nation Days.
Im looking for volunteers to help cover 10 am to 2 pm or 3 to 5 pm docent slots. Need one person for carriage house and two for museum. You do not have to be docent. Let let me know if you can help. Thank you.

The General Meeting of the Historical Society is open to the public, Sunday, April 26 at 2:30 pm in the theater behind the museum. (512 Main Street) After a brief business meeting our speaker will be Pat Gore who will talk about Harrelson, MO. (Refreshments will be served.
(The program about Neff Lake will be in July.)

Our museum at 510 Main Street will be open tomorrow, Thursday from 1-4. Drop in and see the great display Tate Stevens loaned us! We’ll be open on Saturday from 10 -1, also. Google the most famous person from Belton’s…it’s Tate!!
