The first ever CareformoreTexas trail cleaning turned out a major success. To everyone one who came out and volunteered, we at CareformoreTexas want to say THANK YOU!! This could never have been possible if any of y'all didn't step up to an issue that effected so many and face it had on. The turnout was truly shocking to me, the amount of volunteers who showed up, and the amount of trash collected blew us away! We can not wait until the next event coming up in a month. Today I wanted to make a post about the truth that many don't like to speak about. A big reason why CareformoreTexas has been created. The saddening feeling that washes over you when you come across this issue which is the major problem with littering. Honestly for many many people its an issue that is easy to look past and forget but for us that take pride in out local trails, its pretty heart hurting. The amount of trash along the river beds and scattered across the walk paths can be lessened. All it takes is a like minded group of volunteers willing to be the change and spread the word. Make this a huge part of your lives and I promise you that the difference we strive to see will definitely become clear and hearts will be warmed.

The easiest ways to get involved are:
1.Sign up to become a volunteer and join CareformoreTexas at our first community trail cleaning on April 24th, 2022, from 2:00pm - 7:45pm ( https://www.careformoretexas.com/volunteer )
2. CareformoreTexas has created a GoFundeMe which all proceeds will go towards materials needed to maintain and created change. focussing largely on safety gear and proper tools. ( https://www.gofundme.com/f/careformoretx?utm_campaign=p_cp+share-sheet&utm_medium=copy_link_all&utm_source=customer )
