The Belpre Area Veterans will be having their annual Memorial Day Program, today, at Leavitt Funeral Home in Belpre at 11:00. After the Memorial Day Program, we will be assisting Belpre Rotary with a program at Cedarville Cemetery, to honor our Revolutionary War Veterans buried there. Please join us!!

While we were replacing the American Flags in Rockland Cemetery today, I found an American Flag that was thrown into the trash. Please, if you have a flag or find a flag that is no longer serviceable.... we have a flag drop box at Howes Grove Park. The BAV will properly retire any and all American Flags for you! Thank you

The Land of the Free, because of the Brave. Today we had the honor of replacing all the American Flags (more than 1100) on the graves of military veterans in Rockland Cemetery. A special thank you to those awesome Belpre residents who came out to help, we love it when the community shows up to participate!

The Belpre Area Veterans extends their gratitude to all who supported our semi-annual food drive for Belpre Area Ministries. We collected 17 totes of food and presented BAM with over $1200. Belpre Area Ministries provides a tremendous service to the local communities and we are proud to support them!!

The Belpre Area Veterans (BAV) are starting a Birthday Card Blitz for a local American Patriot. Jim Dukas is an US Navy Veteran who is turning 100 years old on May 3rd.
