🌱 This is why we grow food. One of our garden kids baked a pecan cake using pecans grown right here in the garden.

From tree → hands → kitchen → table.We don’t just produce food.We put food into production—into homes, into learning, into memories.

This summer, we’ll be opening the garden in new ways:
✨ inviting the community to gather herbs and flowers
✨ to cook, preserve, and can together
✨ to learn where food comes from and what it can become

Because food isn’t just something you harvest. It’s something you share, make, and pass on.

As we step into 2026, we’re planting more than seeds — we’re planting ideas, skills, and community connection. Here’s what we’re growing in the year ahead:

🌿 Try new ways to garden
From winter sowing in ziplock bags to creative, low-cost techniques, we’re excited to learn and grow in new ways.

♻️ Utilize compost & build healthy soil
By turning food scraps into nutrient-rich compost, we’re strengthening our garden and teaching the importance of sustainability.

🤝 Increase community involvement
Gardens thrive when communities come together. We’re creating more opportunities for neighbors, families, and volunteers to dig in with us.

🌻 Educate kids about growing food
Teaching children where food comes from builds confidence, responsibility, and a lifelong connection to healthy food and nature.
