In 2023, KOSMOS was able to donate handcrafted items to a cancer patients' organization, hoping that we contributed to making someone happy during treatments.

One of the goals of KOSMOS is to create fun and enjoyable moments, even during challenging times.
2023年、KOSMOS は、がん患者の会に手作りアイテムを寄付する事ができました。治療などがあっても、いつも楽しみがある時を作り出すのが KOSMOS の目標です。

手術が無事に終わって、良かったね。放射線治療も、なんとか乗り越えて、良かったね。長く続いた投薬治療も、そろそろ終わりに近づいて、良かったね。

でも、がんを患った患者は、複雑な気持ちになるのです。

今まで、よりどころとしていた医療者の方々と、会う機会が少なくなるのに、再発の不安や、副作用の問題などを抱えたままで、過ごす事になるのです。

そこで、考えだされたのが「つなぐ手帳💛」

これを、発行されるのは、
💛 NPO法人つなぐサポート神戸 💛

医療者の方々が、病院以外の場所で、患者のための活動をしている団体です。

仕事が休みの日に、患者が集まれるイベントを開催してくださり、患者が安心できるひと時を提供してもくださいます。

専門家の方々が、寄り集まって、患者のための企画をしてくださります。

患者のために作られる手帳

そのためのファンドレイジング。。。

小さな幸せを、大切にする。。。
とりわけ新しいアイディアではないのでしょうが、時々、このような基本を考えてみると、自分にとって「何が大切なのか」「何が幸せなのか」確かめる機会になるかもしれません。
華やかなパーティ、高価な食器や家具、車、etc. を批判するのではなく、自分が本当に好きな事をする、好きなモノに囲まれるって、心を豊かにするのだと思います。

ただ、もし、金銭的な事や、地位、他人の評価に迷わされないで、自分の心に忠実に生きる事が、幸せに結びつくのかも。

Yes, happiness is in the small things in fact sometimes very small things and you can find them around you. Just slow down a little, spend life with more focus on refreshing things.
