Maybe you were at a recent Celtics game and saw these familiar faces? Longtime summer camp and school staffer and now Belmont Day School's director of operations Anderson Santos, along with campers Murilo Santos and Jaala Jean-Mary, were in charge of the evening's 50/50 raffle. They were selling tix to benefit Cambridge Basketball Lab, started by Matt Meyersohn, a long-time camp employee and Jaala's uncle!

Yesterday's "bug hunt" with the STEM: Nature Investigations campers was abuzz with fun, active learning. Counselor Zach led the young naturalists to the Lone Tree Hill meadow where they caught, observed, identified, and then safely released bugs, bugs, and more awesome bugs!

Session B is off to a soggy start today. But swim lessons and assessments continue in the pool and sometimes just finding a dry spot with a friend under Big Blue for a chat and a game is perfect!

The heat has arrived! We're staying cool and safe by hydrating (our water bottles are always close by), taking dips in the pool, running through the dinosaur sprinkler, and having fun in the shade and in the AC.
