Opening Doors PTA Opening Doors is a special education Parent-Teacher Association in the Belmont Redwood Shores School District.

Opening Doors: a Belmont Redwood Shores Special Services PTA is a 501(c) not for profit parent and teacher association established in September 2007, formally known as BRS-SEPTA. Our mission is to provide resources for parents, district educators and children who need extra support, through an educational speaker series, program materials, and in advocating for a supportive environment at our scho

ols. Opening Doors collaborates with other parent groups and advocates for all children's education. Our goal is to foster a supportive learning environment to assist all children with varying learning styles, and thus `open the doors' for them to achieve their full potential. We hope to increase awareness of children's education concerns and work with school PTAs and our district wide education foundation, School Force, to create a positive change in our community.
