Hey everybody, it’s about that time again we’re getting close to our home meet. September 10 I am in charge of the concession stand. We are going to run it a little different this year instead of asking for items this year we are asking that each runners family donate $10 per runner and that way we can just go buy the things we need for the concession stand Without having to worry about getting everything in time. With it being about two weeks away, I would like to have all donations to me by September 5 that will give me enough time to go buy all the things that we need to have the concession stand run smoothly. If you cannot get the donations to me directly, you can give them to either of the coaches, Miranda or Zach. If you’re sending in cash or a check, just put it in an envelope and write on the front of it concession stand donation and they will get the funds to me. If it’s easier for you to just send me the money directly through PayPal, Venmo, Cash app, Zelle you can do so just please put in the memo for Cross Country so I can take a screenshot and have receipts for all of the donations that come that way. Also just shoot me a message so I know to look for it. I will post my information for each of those below and as always you can send in the money to the coaches.

We also need people for parking at least 8 total. We usually have 2 per entrance we have high school parents do parking while the junior high runs and then we switch out and we have the junior high parents do parking while the high school parents are watching their kids run, please, below if can help with parking.
