Meals on Wheels and More supports the health and independence of homebound seniors by delivering nutritious meals to the homes of hundreds of at-risk older adults throughout Whatcom and San Juan Counties. Meals on Wheels and more are provided on a donation-only basis. Participants are asked to contribute as able, but nobody will be turned away due to inability to donate. We also have the Communit

y Meals Program which offers older adults the opportunity to connect with others while enjoying a freshly prepared and nutritionally balanced meal. Hot meals are served at 9 locations in Whatcom County and 3 locations in San Juan County. You can get involved to help ensure no senior in our community goes hungry. We depend on donations and grants in order to meet the growing need for our services. You can also contribute my volunteering. Volunteers are vital to the success of our program!

Meals on Wheels & More is looking for help in San Juan County!

We are in need of a Lead Cook at Mullis Community Senior Center in Friday Harbor. We are also looking to add a Kitchen Assistant at the Orcas Senior Center!

Both jobs are great opportunities to work with vibrant senior communities and help us serve our home-bound clients at the same time!

Have questions about the upcoming fare increase or need help getting a Umo card? Stop by the WTA booth! Our team will be on-site to answer your questions and set riders up with Umo cards.

For Umo Cards: Please bring a valid ID. Limit one Umo card per rider.
