Lifting Up Haiti

Lifting Up Haiti “Lifting Up Haiti” is a Christian centered non-profit 501c3 dedicated to serving the children and people of Haiti. We have 20 children at the orphanage.

Our current work is centered around a cooperative project with a small orphanage in Mahotte, Haiti, located about an hour North of Port au Prince, close to the coastline. Our center is called Lifting Up Haiti orphanage. It is an extremely impoverished community, even by Haitian standards. Currently we care for 12 boys and 8 girls ages 2-7. We are hoping for future expansion and we are personally aware of many in need

Great news everyone! The Associated Students at Western Washington University have officially recognized a student run Lifting Up Haiti club. This is a great milestone in our effort to get more volunteers, especially college age students.
