UPDATE...
CAMP WAS AMAZING!!! more details to come. But the Leap of Hope Camp was a huge success. I keep hearing more and more positive feedback from parents, kids and stories from volunteers, about the incredible impact this camp had on kids. Way to go to all involved. Thank you for stepping in the gap!

Rebound and Teach One to Lead One are looking for a few key volunteers to ensure we are able to provide the "Leap of Hope" camp to some of the most at risks kids in our community on 8/8-8/12. We are still actively looking for volunteers for key times to help with the camp. Please note: This is not a request for T1L1 mentor volunteers, but rather help facilitating the camp experience. These positions are volunteering through Rebound to chaperone, play games with kids, ensure general safety, hand out food etc. Our goal is to make this camp super fun but of course a safe and healthy environment as well.
The time slots we still need to fill are below.
- 1 additional slot on 8/9/22 from 8am-12:15pm
- 2 additional slots on 8/10 from 12:00pm - 3:30pm
- 1 additional slot on 8/11 from 12;00pm - 3:30pm
- 1 additional FULL DAY slot on 8/12 from 8am-3:30pm. (This day we will celebrate our kids with a graduation party and chaperone kids to Birch Bay Water Slides to celebrate)
