Wildlife Media

Wildlife Media Wildlife Media is a small non-profit based in the beautiful Pacific Northwest. A small organization with a big reach.

Motivating people through media, bringing a sea change to benefit wildlife and people, Wildlife Media creates films and conservation campaigns that raise awareness and funding for wildlife and wild places around the world. We’re working to trigger a tipping point from which wildlife conservation emerges as a social norm. It’s principals are award winning conservationists and storytellers, Philip H

amilton and Chris Morgan. Between them, they focus upon the oceans and the land and the incredible wildlife that urgently need our attention. Through their films, podcasts and campaigns, they bring to life our amazing planet with urgency, emotion, hope and heart. They invite others to join them, because the clock is ticking for people and planet. We all know that many wild species and places are in jeopardy, but focusing only on these aspects of an issue can bring a sense of helplessness and apathy. Wildlife Media aims to share uplifting and inspirational stories that are happening around the globe, right now. Stories that highlight the wonder of our natural world and motivate people to take action on behalf of conservation. BEARTREK was Wildlife Media’s first feature-length film. It takes you on a global motorcycle quest with insatiable adventurer and biologist Chris Morgan. Chris traverses the wildest places on earth seeking out the rarest bear species and the dedicated people racing to save them from extinctions. Movie profits will fund bear conversation, including projects highlighted in the film. OCEAN SOULS is directed and produced by our very own Philip Hamilton and is an unprecedented collaboration of over 100 filmmakers, scientists and leading experts. An award winning documentary showing possibly the largest diversity of cetaceans ever seen on film and highlights new science. Despite looking so different to us, cetaceans are possibly our closest relatives in terms of cognitive abilities and family ties. The film focuses on family, something every human can relate to, including chapters on emotions, language, social organization, intelligence, and human interaction. Ocean Souls discovers that there is an intelligence beneath the waves that closely mirrors our own. Join us as we explore the remarkable lives of these magnificent ocean souls. Philip travels the world, producing impactful documentaries focused on ocean conservation.

An amazing event on Wednesday evening at UNESCO HQ in Paris! ‘Collision’ is produced and directed by Philip Hamilton and beautifully narrated by Chris Morgan - our very own Directors here are Wildlife Media.

Despite being the leading cause of deaths in whales which is endangering their very existence ship strikes continue to be underreported. Collision suggests solutions to encourage and convince governments and global shipping companies to make vital changes.

“This film is not just another nature documentary, it's a film which should change and shape the way shipping operates worldwide.” Director, Philip Hamilton
