🎤 Join Whatcom Women in Business for our August 2026 meeting, featuring SHE SPEAKS: Vocal Techniques for Women on the Rise.

In a world where women's voices are often talked over or undervalued, owning your voice means more than just being heard. It shapes how others see your confidence, competence, and authority. This session pulls from evolutionary science, female anatomy, and voice samples from historical icons like Shirley Chisholm and Margaret Thatcher, giving you the tools to master pitch, pace, and volume so you can break through bias and command trust and respect.

Whether you're speaking up in meetings, pitching your business, or just ready to stop shrinking your voice to fit the room, this evening is for you.

Lori is the Broker and Owner of RE/MAX Whatcom County and RE/MAX Gateway. She has spent years building not just businesses but roots in this community. Her work goes well beyond real estate. She is someone who shows up, gives back, and makes Whatcom County a better place to live.

Elizabeth is the Founder, CEO, and Clinic Director of CorePhysio. She built CorePhysio from the ground up and has led it as both a clinician and a business owner. The culture she has created reflects her belief that healthcare should be personal, thorough, and genuinely patient centered.

Madison is a Principal at VSH CPAs, one of Whatcom County's leading accounting firms. She has built her career on helping businesses and individuals in this community grow with clarity and confidence.

Meet Stephanie Morrell.

Stephanie is the President and General Manager of the Bellingham Bells . She joined the team in 2013 and became their first female General Manager in 2016. Under her leadership the Bells have tripled attendance and revenue. She has been named West Coast League Executive of the Year twice.

She also serves on the City of Bellingham Tourism Commission, the Lodging Tax Advisory Committee, and the boards of WECU and the Bellingham Public Schools Foundation.

This September, Whatcom Women in Business is proud to recognize Stephanie as one of our 2026 Professional Women of the Year.
