Members! This is the meeting where you help steer the ship.

Join Whatcom Women in Business for our Annual Business Meeting, a members-only evening where we'll look back on the past year, share organizational updates, and vote on the proposed slate for the 2027 WWiB Board of Directors.

After the official business wraps, the Board is opening the floor for an honest conversation about where WWiB goes next. Bring your ideas, your questions, and your big-picture vision for the year ahead. We want to hear it.

Our September meeting had the whole room rethinking their calendars!

Huge thank you to Megan Skillman for an evening packed with strategies you can actually use on Monday morning.

Megan has spent 20 years studying leadership and human behavior, and it showed. She walked us through how to take an honest look at what's eating up our time and organize our tasks with intention, so our calendars finally start working for us.

Pretty sure a few of us went home and deleted half our to-do lists. We fully support this. 😅

Thank you to everyone who came out and chipped in for Happy Bucks to help fund our scholarship program 💛

Missed this one? Our next meeting is right around the corner. Comment "MEETING" and we'll DM you the link!

Thank you to everyone who showed up, placed a bid, cheered for the honorees, or helped make the evening happen. It means a lot to be part of a community that shows up for each other.

Busy is NOT the same as productive.

Join Whatcom Women in Business for our September 2026 meeting, featuring Megan Skillman on Task Management: Manage Your Tasks, Master Your Time.

If you've ever ended the day exhausted, overwhelmed, and still behind, this one's for you. Megan spent the last 20 years studying leadership, human behavior, and life management, and she's bringing a different approach to the table: instead of trying to control every minute, you'll learn to evaluate what's actually taking up your time so you can reclaim your calendar and your priorities.

Whether you're drowning in your to-do list, leading a team, or just ready for a system that actually works, this evening is for you.

Your ticket to September 25th does something after the night is over.

Last year people bought tickets to our Awards Celebration. Because of that, this year Whatcom Women in Business was able to give three women in Whatcom County a $5000 scholarship each.

Josie Cockayne is studying Studio Art at Western Washington University and using her work to advocate for social change.

Naomi is at Gonzaga University studying Political Science and History and headed to law school.

Petra McDonnell-Ingoglia has already spoken before the Washington State Supreme Court advocating for Holocaust and genocide education in schools. She is now pursuing her master's degree while working at Whatcom Community College.

When you buy a ticket to September 25th you are funding the next round of scholarships for women just like them.

Every seat matters.
