We love these two!

Our residents showed up for Earth Day! Two incredible community members pictured here are Nathalie (left), who leads the Adopt-A-Street group Force Suisse, and Diane (right), who recently joined these efforts, have both been a driving force for these efforts by consistently showing up and leading cleanups throughout the city.

Since 2024, Nathalie's Force Suisse has completed over 75 cleanups and removed more than 1,100 bags of litter from Bellevue's public spaces. And in recent months, Diane has joined cleanups in multiple locations and contributed to the continued improvement of neighborhoods across Bellevue and the Eastside.

Nathalie and Diane's work, coupled with the efforts of volunteers across the city, reflects the core strength of our trash cleanups: steady, repeated effort that lead to visible, lasting change.
