Disability Awareness Day at the Ballpark! ⚾

We are so excited to share with our community that on Sunday, July 5th, at 2:00pm, the Jordan Fund and the Seattle Mariners are teaming up for Disability Awareness Day at T-Mobile Park. This is guaranteed to be an afternoon celebrating inclusion, connection, and baseball as the Mariners take on the Toronto Blue Jays.

We hope you can join us in celebrating the importance of accessibility and disability awareness while bringing people together through the shared excitement of baseball.

Happy First Birthday, Sally! 🎂

While our Subaru from Carter Subaru has been part of the Outdoors for All family for much longer than a year, today marks one year since she officially got her name-and we decided that milestone deserved cake!

We’re so grateful to Carter Subaru for providing one of our most beloved vehicles. Sally helps us transport equipment, support programs, and expand access to adaptive recreation throughout Seattle and the greater Puget Sound region. Whether she’s headed to an Adaptive Cycling Center, a community event, or a program site, she’s always ready for the adventure.

Join us in wishing Sally a happy birthday! And while you’re here, tell us the name of your favorite car in the comments below.👇

What a day! 🥒🏓

A huge thank you to The Partners Group for selecting Outdoors for All as one of the beneficiaries of their annual Paddle Palooza event. The day was filled with great conversations, fierce competition, and plenty of pickles!

We’re also grateful to our fellow nonprofit partner, The Light Collective. It was wonderful connecting with your team, and we hope there are opportunities to work together again in the future.

Thanks to the incredible generosity of everyone involved, Outdoors for All received $31,960 to support adaptive recreation opportunities for children and adults with disabilities. We are so thankful for this investment in our mission and the community that makes it possible.

Thank you again to The Partners Group for an amazing event and for creating such a fun and meaningful way to give back. We had a blast!

We have some exciting news to celebrate...Outdoors for All has been featured in The New York Times! 🎉

We were thrilled to see Seattle featured first in an article titled, "5 Great North American Biking Cities," and even more excited to see Outdoors for All recognized as a resource for free adaptive bike rentals. Also great to see our friends at Cascade Bicycle Club being quoted promoting our very own Burke-Gilman Trail!

It's incredibly rewarding to see our mission of making outdoor recreation accessible to all highlighted on such a national stage. Every day, we work to remove barriers and help more people experience the joy and freedom of cycling, so this recognition means a lot to our team and community.

If you have a subscription, be sure to check it out and keep an eye out for us or if you create a free account, you get 10 free articles each month - and we think this is a pretty great way to use one of them!

We’ve had an incredible start to the summer at our Adaptive Cycling Centers, with record-breaking participation at our Magnuson Park location! 🚲☀️

In May alone, the Magnuson Park ACC welcomed 98 unique riders and provided 224 cycling experiences, an increase of 36 more riders and 85 more experiences compared to this time last year.

We are so grateful to see this growth and what it represents: more people in our community getting outside, exploring the trails, and experiencing the joy and freedom of adaptive cycling. Thank you to everyone who has joined us for a ride, we can’t wait to see what the rest of the summer brings!
