Shorty went to the vet this afternoon- she had a fever and got fluids & antibiotics, hopefully that helps her start feeling better 💕 She's only 2lbs, little nugget. So, so grateful for her foster for bringing her to the vet and covering the cost for us!!

Proof there is one orange baby! Everyone is settling in & I was able to love squish these little beans while mom supervised. Not surprisingly, all four tortie's are girls & the orange babe is a boy.

Did you know 💫 less than 0.03% of tortie (black with orange) cats are male!
About 20% of orange cats are female, so a lot less rare, but still a little uncommon.

Round 1: we need names!! Pretty orange mama and her 5 kittens all need names, so lets hear some suggestions please!!
Four babies are black with minimal orange, one is orange like their mama. Unsure on any genders yet, we're still letting them settle in.
From what we were told, she was living as an outdoor farm cat and her human passed away recently, so she's been a little nervous. She seems like such a sweetheart tho & is doing amazing with her babies 💕

Good Saturday morning!! I had a couple people reach out last night needing help, and we agreed to intake 15 cats/kittens this weekend!! Yes, 15. Yes, that's a huge group to come in at once. Yes, we can handle that, just don't ask about our sanity for a while!
We have an amazing person that keeps us pretty well set on food & litter, but pretty much all our wishlist items just because high priority. If anyone feels inclined to help, it's soooo appreciated!!
Flea medicine is going to be the #1 need! Small bowls are also badly needed for wet food. Garbage bags are probably the next highest need, then paper towels. Toys are always welcome! Small blankets or towels would also be amazing!! We can take old one if you have any you want taken off your hands.

Picture of Oreo for attention- her and her two sisters would LOVE a barn to call home! They're spayed and ready to go, but they don't like people and would prefer a safe place to be wild 💕
