Applying the private funding model utilized by for-profit enterprises for decades, Affinity Financing structures what amounts to the purest form of Socially Responsible Investment (SRI), aligning investment capital needs to fit the holistic investment goal

s of foundations and the donor community to ultimately drive direct financial benefit to charities. These SRIs can take the form of traditional debt to address the needs of the non-profit or, for those enterprise opportunities that generate a financial ROI, equity-type initiatives that source additional revenue support that currently don't exist.
