Lakewood Villages Neighborhood Association (LVNA) is a voluntary organization representing the interests of the homeowners for the health, recreation, welfare and enjoyment of all residents of Lakewood Villages. The LVNA Garage Sales are this weekend! Please remember to post your signs to help people find your house! Also start posting on social media sites, advertising your own sales with a mention of the neighborhood sale! All advertising will help. There are a lot of neighborhoods having sales this weekend, so lots of competition. Feel free to include a screenshot of the map in your posts. Physical maps will be at the corner of Timberridge & Maass starting on Thursday evening. Thank you and good luck!

Reminder! Garage Sale sign up! Send me your name, address and dates to get on the map by May 16th!

Hello neighbors! The LVNA Garage Sales are May 29th and 30th. We are going to join with Quail Creek again this year.
Please send me your name and address plus the dates and times you’ll be open. Some people like to start on Thursday, so please include that if you plan to start early. Send by May 16th if you want to get on the map.
Note: it is recommended that you post your own signs to direct traffic to your sale. Not everyone uses the maps! Also post on garage sale groups on Facebook to spread the word!

Announcement: It’s been decided that there will not be a fall neighborhood garage sale hosted by LVNA this year or for the foreseeable future. This is due to low participation and traffic. The focus will be on the spring/summer sale. Thanks for your understanding.
