Hello community, my wife Patty and I had the only homeless shelter/food pantry/clothing bank/Bible studies all combined in one ministry in the hole state of Ohio .we sheltered over 200 homeless people in the six years that we were in existence and hundreds of people came for food.Some came for clothing but not many. We gave clothing to the homeless, and sponsored Christmas toy give-away, where 64 children got two or three gifts of there choice. 52 folks received carry out thanksgiving dinners. We gave a wedding for two of the homeless people and it was beautiful. We had 15 men and 4 woman at that time. In our clothing bank we had enough suits, shoes and long dresses for them all,and a wedding dress for the bride.Just simply awesome.we helped 31 people to get jobs.we counseled and listened to some of their deepest feelings. I left my family for three and a half years to take care of the homeless people cause we could not get volunteers to help. We even had the TV News crew put us on the news asking for help. Patty and I through Gods love and mercy made this ministry grow from renting a store and having Bible studies every week to what I described above. Food for folks organization gave us a good start for the food bank and the community for the clothing bank thanks to Pastor Ron Smith and other pastors our Bible study taught us a lot of what God & Jesus wants to be like. God’s Word is nothing but Truth & Love and that he will have mercy on anyone who loves and believes in his word.God blessed our clothing bank so we gave about a couple hundred thousand items of clothing to Tennessee after the tornado’s ravaged the the area.The land lord sold the building we were using so we put our ministry’s inventory in a warehouse. It’s been a year and the warehouse wants us to move our things out. We haven’t found a building yet and no where to move our things. They want us to give our things to the goodwill store to get rid of it. That’s our whole ministry !! We have six years of my pension,over 100,000 $ , invested in our ministry. We don’t want to give it away,that’s why we need a new building to carry on our Lords work. We would love to stay in Bellevue Ohio but big buildings are not available. We thought we had a chance. For an empty church but that fell through. Monday we have to start getting our things out of the warehouse and there’s no where for us to go. I’m sitting here in tears knowing that because our building was sold and we will have to close our ministry for good and give everything away. my wife and I shared our life with all the people that walked through our doors and we changed the lives of most everyone that entered. We need a lots of money to buy or rent someplace big to continue God plan for the homeless and hungry people.we want and need someone with a lots of money or a building to help us help the needy. Patty and I are excited to continue our ministry. With out help a lot of homeless and needy people will suffer. In the name of Jesus somebody please help us. God Bless and thank you
