As we look ahead to , we wanted to look back and thank those who made last year's Hope Festival–our biggest and most impactful event yet–possible.
Last April at the Seattle Convention Center, 350 youth came together at Hope Festival 2025 to serve 1,575 individuals experiencing poverty and homelessness with tangible supplies, personal services, and a newfound sense of hope.
Guests received free tangible necessities including clothes, hygiene supplies, books, and toys for the kids. Through partnerships with local organizations, King County Public Health distributed Narcan, Neighborhood House performed STD tests, the Public Health Reserve Corps performed foot care, and UW Medical School students offered a variety of health screenings. The Beyond Project's volunteer hairdressers performed 70 free haircuts so guest could leave the event feeling cared for and beautiful. Guests were able to connect with nineteen local organizations providing more long-term support at the Connection Center, including Swedish, ICHS, King County Sexual Assault Resource Center, the Disability Empowerment Center, Hopelink, Washington Connections, and more. Face paint, games, and music made the day fun for the entire family. Several lucky raffle winners even walked away with a brand-new laptop, bicycle, or gift basket.
To ensure every guest left with a sense of hope, uplifting posters lined the venue and hundreds of handwritten letters—offering encouragement on themes like Believe in Yourself, Faith Under Pressure, and You Matter (in English and Spanish)—were available for guests to choose from and take home as they left.
Hope Festival 2025 came to life thanks to the dedication of more than 500 youth volunteers and the incredible sponsors whose logos are included below. Without them, our work would simply not be possible.
At a time when the need in Seattle—and in cities across the country—is greater than ever, we hope Hopefest stands as an example of the impact young people can have as agents of change.
