At SOOAR, we believe self-care is important, family time is priceless, and making memories matters!

Today was Friends & Family Day at Wiard’s Orchard! A wonderful day filled with laughter, love, fun, and fellowship.

We work hard serving others, but we must also take time to enjoy life, recharge, and cherish those closest to us.

❤️ Self-care matters. Family matters. YOU MATTER!

I stopped at Sam’s in Belleville this morning, and a woman noticed my SOOAR shirt and shared something that made my day.

Her son attended the middle school last year. Although he never used our services, he told her how much he appreciated SOOAR being there for students who needed us. He even remembered our lung demonstration and told her about the Narcan boxes we have in the community.

What a proud moment! 💜

Impact isn’t just about who receives the service—it’s about who sees the work, remembers it, and shares it.

My team is AWESOME, and branding is EVERYTHING!**

We show up because YOU MATTER.

Yesterday we had an amazing time at the CMHA SUD Conference. It was an honor to share our presentation, in community, for the first time. We are looking forward to sharing this healing journey blueprint with the world!! 🌍
