🦢🍷 11 November – St. Martin’s Day in Czechia!

When St. Martin rides in on his white horse, it’s not just the start of winter — it’s the season of roast goose and young wine. 🇨🇿✨

Across Czechia, families and restaurants prepare the traditional Svatomartinská husa — crispy golden goose served with red cabbage and dumplings. The aroma fills the air, and the feast pairs perfectly with the year’s first Svatomartinské wine. 🍗🍷

The saying goes: “Martin přijíždí na bílém koni” — “Martin arrives on a white horse” — bringing the first snow and plenty of reasons to gather around the table. ❄️
