You will have an opportunity to explore and refine your communication style. Toastmasters provides you with many oppor
tunities to develop as a leader in both your personal and professional life. Examples of skills our members have chosen to develop include the ability to think on your feet, adaptability, team collaboration, developing and communicating a vision, networking effectively, rocking an important presentation, planning and executing an event, managing a project, and many more.
** How does it work? Utilizing the education program of Toastmasters International you get to choose from one or more Pathways that align with your personal and professional development goals. There are eleven Pathways to choose from including Dynamic Leadership, Effective Coaching, Innovative Planning, Strategic Relationships, Team Collaboration and more. Contained within those pathways are more than 300 competencies. Whether you are a novice in the skills you look to develop or you are an expert looking to sharpen your skills, there is a Pathway for you. Each Pathway contains 14 self-paced projects.
